En soi, c'est bon mais un peu granuleux, car il ne s'est pas bien dissous. C'est mieux quand on utilise du lait chaud. C'est aussi mieux quand on le mélange avec une protéine de caséine. Je le recommanderais en tant que produit solo ''non'' mélangé ''oui''
