Amino acids are the building blocks of the human body. The human body consists of about 20 kinds of amino acids. They are formed into proteins, which are part of all cells of the body. Muscle tissue contains 75% water, 20% protein and 1% inorganic materials. The remaining 4% are muscle glycogen, ATP and CP.

Amino acids are divided into:

• Essential - they are essential for the human body. The human body cannot synthesize (produce) them, and thus is dependent on their intake.
• Semi-essential or conditionally essential - in particular periods (growth phase) the body cannot produce these aminoacids in sufficient quantities.
• Non-essential - the body is able to produce them on its own.

During physical activity, 10% of energy consumption is covered from amino acids. These are taken from the muscle mass. When supplied before physical activity, the body uses these externally supplied amino acids and saves its own.

Directions of use

Shake slightly before opening. For muscle protection and fatigue reduction - Take 1 serving (40 ml = 1 scoop) BCAA Liquid diluted with water or a sports drink at least 30 - 60 minutes before physical performance. For faster recovery and muscle growth - Take 1 serving (40 ml = 1 scoop) BCAA Liquid diluted with water or a sports drink immediately after physical performance. The maximum daily dose is 80 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
