Love this protein... So far this brand is my absolute favorite!!! So if you are lactose intolerant I highly recommend it. However white chocolate was too sweet for me. It was ok at the beginning but with time I got tired of drinking it... But I used to blend it with banana, oats, and milk (you can add peanut butter if you are not allergic) and then it taste amazing! It cancels out the sweetness... I also had raspberry which I did not like and vanilla is my fav.... absolute classic, and also chocolate..... I have just ordered cream & cookies so we'll see :)

the flavour is good, however, I was a bit disappointed with the 'mixability' of the protein.

Good quality and was to mix with yogurt, milk or water. I don’t really Recommend it for cooking
