Tento protein mi odporucila jedna fitneska. Som s nim spokojna, nakolko som uz vyskusala rozne proteiny od roznych vyrobcov. Minimum sacharidov a tukov je fajn. Trening je plnohodnotejsi, citim silnejsie svaly a v kombinacii s BCAA pocitujem vysledky hlavne v procese regeneracie a energie akotakej. Ocenujem absenciu laktozy a lepku.
