If you notice any visible damage to the parcel or its contents, please follow these steps before submitting a claim:
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged items.

Take clear photos showing:
- The entire parcel from all sides
- All visible damage points (dents, tears, punctures, etc.)
- The shipping label (with tracking number clearly visible)
- The packaging tapes and seals
- The damaged item(s) inside the box
- Send the photos and a short description of the issue to our customer support team at support@bodyworld.eu within 48 hours of delivery.
This documentation is required under carrier and EU consumer protection rules to process a damage claim quickly and ensure a replacement or refund.
