Directions of use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 240 ml of cold water or skim milk in a shaker cup. For 8-hour sustained-release: Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 480 ml of cold water or skim milk. Use between major meals and after exercise.
