Directions of use
Mix 75 g in water and drink in portions over 20 - 30 minutes immediately after physical exercise. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The dilution ratio is 75 g per 450 ml of water. Then drink another 200 ml of water. After mixing, undissolved particles may be visible in the beverage. This is a natural feature of the product and is not a defect.
