Tasty breakfast on the go at a great price One flapjack is 110 g, that's two servings for a smaller guy like me. You can also eat it on a beach somewhere, after a workout in nature or grind it into yoghurt at home. Preferably in a Greek or one with a higher protein content. The yoghurt will also balance out the taste, which can be too sweet for some people with flapjack. I tried the cappuccino flavour. The others are similar in terms of energy. Per 100 g it has 503 kcal, 26 g fat (14.3 saturated). almost 65 g carbohydrates, almost half of which are sugars (31.9 g). There is 5.6 g of fiber, 5.6 g of protein (only). I recommend this flapjack anyway, and I will endeavor to try all the flavors. There are 11 to choose from. Lots of energy and flavor at a good price!
