BioTech USA Hydro Whey Zero is a tasty fast-absorbing whey protein without gluten, sugar and fat. The basis of the protein is whey hydrolyzate (more than 40%), which is a source of enzymatically cleaved amino acid bonds to shorter chains, so-called peptides. The result is excellent digestibility and absorption, thanks to which amino acids immediately reach the bloodstream and thus ensure a positive nitrogen balance. Whey hydrolyzate is supplemented with whey isolate and extra amino acids (glutamine, arginine), which belong to the category of conditionally essential amino acids, but with an increased training load, the body cannot produce them in sufficient quantities and it is necessary to receive them. Whey proteins support muscle growth, ensure their protection and accelerate regeneration after strenuous training.

Directions of use

Mix 1 dose (22 g = 1 level measuring cup = 2 heaped spoons) in 250 ml of water. Use a shaker to mix. On training days, take 1 dose in the morning and 1 immediately after training. On non-training days, take 1 dose in the morning and 1 in the evening.
