Delicious protein oat porridge, which contains 30% of unique quality protein (milk protein isolate), is rich in fibre, gluten free and easily digestable. But there is much more to mention - PROTEIN PORRIDGE contains calcium, vitamin K and also very important vitamin D. In its ingredients you will also find chia seeds and unique mixture of vitamins and minerals. Add water only and the porridge is ready in just 2 minutes.

Directions of use
Put the content of the sachet (50 g = 1 serving) into a suitable container, add 100 ml of hot water (not boiling) and stir. Cold water can be used as well. 50 g serving is suitable as a breakfast or snack in the morning or afternoon. It is recommended to consume as a snack (at least 90 minutes before or after meal). It may be used after physical activity. Take up to 2 doses a day. Once opened, consume immediately.
