In practice, I did not notice anything - that is, nothing different from the classic Madness that I have used so far. Yes, after drinking it will kick me (but also Madness). However, it also has its disadvantages compared to Madness: One dose needs to be mixed in 0.5 l of water (compared to 1.5 dcl), which I have a problem with. If only the taste was worth something, but it's incredibly sweet (about 3 times sweeter than anything I drank from Madness) and I chose the Lemon / Mint flavor from which I expected a mild fresh taste. It's so sweet that I can't drink more than three gulps at a time and I have to drink it with clean water, ie. in the end, I drink 0.6 l + of water before training and I train a lot with that. In addition, it costs 3 times as much.
