Amix Micellar Casein - casein with sustained release enriched with enzymes
Micellar Casein is milk protein concentrate containing micellar casein and whey in the same ratio as skimmed milk 80:20. Slow and sustained release of amino acids from Micellar Casein can cause a „timed release“ trickle of amino acids into the bloodstream which can last for as many as 7 full hours after ingestion. So Micellar Casein is a good choice of protein to use before bed as a protein slowly released into the system during the night. Naturally occuring in Micellar Casein is a high level of intake L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in human muscle tissue and also a high level of BCAAs.

Directions of use
Mix 1 serving (2 scoops = 44 g) with 250 - 300 ml of cold water or low-fat milk and use between meals or preferably before bedtime.
