Amix Mr. Popper´s® Protein OptiMash is an innovative supplement that will facilitate the daily macronutrients intake in the most comfortable and delicious way. Mr. Popper´s® Protein OptiMash is a perfect combination of two kinds of proteins: casein protein and whey protein, along with two excellent sources of carbohydrates: oats and rice.

Isolate Whey Protein: is obtained through a process of Cross Flow Microfiltration CFM® by Glambia®. CFM® is a patented natural process at low temperature of the latest technology, from which it obtains high levels of denatured proteins and a product of excellent flavour and optimal nutritional qualities (protein micro fractions and bioactive peptides). It has a high concentration of amino acids and an extremely low fat index that ensure a high and quick absorption.

Micellar Casein: Unlike whey, casein is a protein that is also extracted from milk but whose release is slower, which provides a amino acids drip to the blood flow that can be prolonged to 7 hours after its intake. Micellar Casein has a very low fat index and a great biological value.

Oat flour: Oat is, probably, the most commonly used cereal by those who practice any kind of sports, as well as those who wish to take care of their health. It is a cereal that provides a rich source in carbohydrates of low glycemic index, resulting in a sustained intake of carbohydrates to the muscles. Moreover, this product contains fibre, unsaturated fats, vitamins, and minerals. In Mr. Popper´s® Protein OptiMash we have used highly soluble oat flour.

Rice Flour: It is an ideal supplement for this formula. Basically, it is extruded and ground rice, which complements the properties of oat flour in order to provide quality carbohydrates of a unique texture and creaminess. It is a source of carbohydrates which is highly used by sportspeople for its easy digestion. It provides quality carbohydrates of a low fat index.

Mr. Popper´s® Protein OptiMash also provides BevGrad™ XtraSmooth Flax, a golden flax seed finely ground, which has been treated with heat by using the MicroSure™ Plus process which provides the natural benefits of flax and Omega-3, fibre, and long-chain carbohydrates. It is also rich in Soy Lecithin, highly used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and high levels of cholesterol. Soy lecithin could help to diminish LDL (bad cholesterol) and help to empower HDL (good cholesterol), apart from protecting from harmful effects by free radicals and improve the functioning of the brain, liver, and heart.

Directions of use

1. Protein Shake: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 250 ml of cold water or milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. 2. Protein Porridge: Mix 2 scoops of Protein OptiMash® (50 g) with 180 ml of hot milk or water. Mix well by fork until you get a porridge consistency. Wait about 3 minutes. You can sweeten it with a bit of honey and top with fruits and nuts. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your taste.
