The PF 300 Flow Gel is formulated with a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio to aid carbohydrate uptake. If you're someone who hasn't gotten on well with gels previously, give ours a try, we'll eat a flip-flop if you're not pleasantly surprised!

Directions of use
The PF 300 Flow Gel enables you to easily decant 300 g of carb into a single bottle or flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels, or a little over 3 x PF 90 Gels.
It's been developed to flow more freely than standard gel, so there's no need to add any water. Simply decant it into your bottle and sip on it as required to hit your numbers.
Top tip: rinse your bottle or flask with water before filling with gel for optimal flow.
