The meal is low in saturated fat and sugar. Thanks to its balanced nutritional values, it allows you to comfortably control your caloric intake in your diet. Fitmeal contains quality chicken from poultry kept without antibiotics. Fitmeal does not contain preservatives or other artificial additives.

WHY IS THE EXPIRY DATE SO LONG AND WHY DO I NOT NEED A REFRIGERATOR?
Our dishes are subjected to a heat treatment process, similar to the pasteurization process, which consists in briefly heating the meal to a high temperature (above 100 °C), thanks to which the product is deprived of all harmful microflora, microorganisms and spores - these are the necessary conditions for the product to it was durable and required no chemical maintenance.
Heating a previously prepared and closed meal - takes place in a specialized device that allows you to extend the shelf life - without damaging the internal raw material charge and the packaging itself.
The key to creating a durable product that does not require the use of preservatives, apart from the technological process itself, is the use of high-quality, high-barrier packaging and maintaining the highest quality standards of the process itself on the production line. The combination of all the above-mentioned features allows for the creation of a product that is preservative-free, and at the same time maintains quality for a long time, without the need for refrigeration.

Directions of use
Microwave oven : remove the foil from the meal and heat it in the microwave (850 W) for 2,5 minutes.
Pan or pot: heat the meal in a pan or pot for about 10 minutes.
Pot with water: Put the unopened (closed) meal in a pot with boiling water and heat for about 10 minutes.
