The protein component of Game Changer Mass consists of whey concentrate, milk concentrate, calcium caseinate and hydrolyzed beef isolate. These proteins have different absorption times and can thus supply the muscles with the necessary nutrients for a long time. One dose of Game Changer Mass contains up to 48 g of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and 96 g of carbohydrates, which will give you the necessary energy during the day and before training. Game Changer Mass is also enriched with a complex of amino acids (BCAA, glutamine, AAKG) as well as creatine monohydrate, which increases physical performance during short consecutive doses of very intense exercise. Positive effects can be seen with a daily dose of 3 g of creatine.

Directions of use
