In addition to vitamins and minerals, it also contains an enzyme complex (papain, amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase, bromelain) for easier digestion. It also contains biotin, which contributes to maintaining healthy hair and nails.

Lady Fit protein is sweetened with the natural sweetener stevia, it is also suitable for diabetics. Stevia is a natural sweetener obtained from the leaves of the stevia plant, which is 200-250 times sweeter than sugar, has no calories, and has a bitter taste. The sweet taste is caused by steviol glycoside compounds (the stevia plant itself contains 6-12% steviol glycosides, but the sweetener itself has up to 97% steviol glycosides). • Whey protein concentrate (WPC) - is made from fresh dairy whey using ultrafiltration and spray drying, thanks to which it retains up to 80% of proteins and only 1% of lactose. It also contains bioactive components (lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, immunoglobulins...). It is exceptional in its quick and easy absorption with an effect time of 120-150 minutes
• Milk protein concentrate (MPC) - is composed of 80% casein and 20% whey. It is produced from freshly skimmed milk by ultrafiltration and subsequent spray drying with a high content of BCAA amino acids, glutamine and minerals (Ca, Mg, K, P), but at the same time it has a low fat content (only 2%). Thanks to casein, it has a prolonged effect of up to 180-240 minutes;

Directions of use
