Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are among the essential ones and they account approximately for 35% of the amino acids in muscle proteins. EAA + Glutamine Xpress contains a high-dose BCAA matrix (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine).

Plus, the formula provides you with a 2 g dose of L-Glutamine per serving, which is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and a conditionally essential one, meaning that when the body is physically stressed, there may be a need for additional dietary intake.
