Biotech USA Protein Power is an excellent multi-component protein enriched with micronised creatine. It is designed for athletes, who want to improve performance, lean muscle growth and accelerate regeneration. It contains three types of protein: soy protein isolate, calcium caseinate and whey protein concentrate. The new composition is still gluten-free, but now it does not contain sugar or lactose. Added micronized creatine monohydrate increases physical performance during short-term intensive interval training.

Directions of use
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaped scoop = 3 tablespoons) with 300 ml water and drink twice a day. Use a shaker to prepare your drink. Drink one serving within 45 minutes after workout, and another one between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
