Directions of use
Take 4 capsules twice a day, ideally in the morning and afternoon with 250 ml of water. To achieve the desired effect, we recommend using the product for 5 consecutive days. During use, drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water during the day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
