Scitec Nutrition BCAA + Glutamine Xpress - powerful recovery blend containing BCAA and L-glutamine

Scitec Nutrition BCAA + Glutamine Xpress is a strong recovery blend containing 2:1:1 BCAA amino acids and L-glutamine, enriched with taurine. BCAA + Glutamine Xpress improves and accelerates recovery during and after training, prevents catabolism while supporting muscle growth. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs - L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. They are among the 9 essential aminos for humans, because our bodies can’t manufacture them, so their only source is our daily food or food supplementation.

Benefits

speeds up recovery
reduces fatigue and exhaustion
prevents catabolism
supports the immune system
fortified with taurine
sugar free

Glutamine has unique regenerative capabilities, delays fatigue, improves the immune system and positively influences the production of growth hormone and thus muscle growth. Glutamine is a non-essential protein amino acid that accounts for up to 60% of amino acid content in muscle cells.

Scitec BCAA + Glutamine Express is enriched with taurine. Taurine acts as a stimulant for brain activity, improves mental focus, psychological resistance and stress tolerance. It suppresses fatigue, delays the feeling of exhaustion and improves alertness.

Directions of use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop = 12 g) of the powder with 16 - 20 fl-oz. (approx. 480 - 600 ml) of water and drink immediately. May be used during workout and for post-workout recovery.

Good shop, but be careful with the product images The prices here aren’t the cheapest, but they aren’t overpriced either — a fair middle ground. The main reason I ordered from this site was that everything I needed was in stock at the time of purchase, which isn’t always the case with other shops. Delivery was quick, and the packaging was sturdy — everything arrived in perfect condition. I also appreciate that the prices include VAT, so there were no unexpected charges at checkout. However, I do want to point out one thing. The product image for BCAA + Glutamine on the website didn’t match what I actually received. The packaging design was different from what was shown in the catalogue. I hope the product itself lives up to the quality I expect from this brand — I’m confident it will, but the visual discrepancy was a bit confusing. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase, but I’d suggest the shop double-checks its product photos for accuracy. Still, I’d recommend them for their stock availability and fast delivery.

Sometimes I’m a bit wary of flavours like watermelon, bubblegum and so on. So choosing a flavour is always a bit of a gamble. I have to say, this one’s a winner!

Občas se bojím těch příchutí jako je vodní meloun, žvýkačky atd. Takže volba příchutě je vždy trochu loterie. Musím říct, že tato se povedla!
