Clean Drink
Sav:D + Creatine 330 ml

Clean Drink Sav:D + Creatine is a ready-to-drink, lightly sparkling functional beverage in a 330 ml can. It contains 2.5 g of creatine monohydrate, 105 mg of caffeine, and five vitamins (C, D3, K1, biotin, and B12). It is made with 11% apple juice and has no added sugar. It is suitable for athletes and active individuals looking for an alternative to conventional energy drinks before training or during the day.

One 330 ml can contains 105 mg of caffeine and 2500 mg (2.5 g) of creatine monohydrate. Caffeine helps increase alertness and improve concentration. Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The formula also contains guarana extract.

Yes, according to the manufacturer, the drink is suitable for vegans and does not contain any allergens. It consists of sparkling water, apple juice (11%), CreaBev® creatine monohydrate, malic acid, flavourings, caffeine, sucralose, vitamins, and guarana extract. If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients, check the full list on the packaging before consumption.

The drink contains no added sugar; it contains only naturally occurring sugars from the apple juice. One 330 ml can has only 9.9 kcal. The recipe uses the sweetener sucralose. It is therefore a fruity sparkling drink with minimal calories that can be included in calorie-controlled diets.

One can contains Vitamin C (50 mg), D3 (10 mcg), K1 (20 mcg), B12 (1.25 mcg), and biotin (12.5 mcg). Vitamins C and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and, along with biotin, support normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function, and Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Creatine monohydrate is one of the best-researched substances in sports nutrition, and this is the form used in this drink (CreaBev®). Other forms of creatine are generally less documented. The can provides 2.5 g of creatine, while the performance-enhancing effect during high-intensity exercise is cited at a daily intake of 3 g.

Caution is advised primarily for those sensitive to caffeine, as one can contains 105 mg of caffeine, which can cause nervousness or sleep disturbances in sensitive individuals. The drink also contains guarana extract. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have health issues, consult a doctor or pharmacist before consumption. Do not give to children without professional advice.

You can combine them, but you should monitor your total daily intake of caffeine and creatine. The can contains 105 mg of caffeine and 2.5 g of creatine, which will add to your total intake from coffee, pre-workouts, or other creatine supplements. The effect of creatine is achieved at 3 g daily, so factor in the 2.5 g from the drink when calculating your supplement intake. When in doubt, consult a doctor or nutritionist.
