Directions of use
Mix 1 serving (1 sachet = 50 g) with 100 ml of water. Let the batter rest for a few minutes. Cook the pancakes one by one on a preheated non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil (ideally olive oil). Cook each pancake for 3 to 4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for about 1 more minute on the other side. One serving makes 2 to 4 pancakes.
