Directions of use

Drop 1 lightly effervescent tablet into 250–300 ml of clean water. Allow to dissolve, stir, and drink. Take 1 to 4 tablets daily. Children aged 7 and over: 1 to 2 tablets daily. The slower dissolution of the tablet is due to the alkaline formulation of AcidoFit.

Instructions for use of the litmus test strips included with ACIDOFIT Mix: We recommend taking readings first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Hold the indicator strip in the urine stream for 2 seconds, then shake off any excess liquid. Place the strip against the colour scale chart within 40 seconds, before the urine dries, and compare your pH reading. Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, and away from the effects of acids or alkaline gases and vapours.
