KSM-66 Ashwagandha is a highly concentrated extract from the root of the Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) plant, produced without the use of alcohol solvents. Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure extract, with a guaranteed content of 25 mg of withanolides.
